Martina initially enrolled on a Level 2 Business course at college, before progressing to Level 3, and then a Business and Marketing degree at Middlesex University.

During her time at college, she was handpicked as a student mentor, where she provided invaluable support to fellow learners and this led to a paid role. Additionally, she took advantage of various opportunities, such as international exchange programmes.
