Are you looking to build your confidence in sales and develop the skills to deliver a great customer experience?
Our Sales and Upselling workshop is designed for anyone working in a customer-facing role who wants to improve their sales techniques and learn how to identify new opportunities.
You'll explore practical ways to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, and introduce additional purchases that add value to the customer experience.
Through real-world examples and effective sales strategies, you'll develop the confidence to have successful sales conversations, build stronger customer relationships and help your business increase revenue.
You will need:
- A good standard of English and maths
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Level 1 qualifications and/or relevant work experience are welcomed, but not essential.
You will also have an interview at enrolment to check that the course is right for you.

Adult Students (19+)
